Procedure

1. Create AD user account (usually same username of their email)
go to AD: 192.168.1.1 - administrator - #138jsr368361Fsg
create user: base on the information from the client
user id, password (same password of their email), OU departments

2. Mapping of Drives:
go to AD user id profile
Login script: teclogin.bat (all departments except design)
Login script: tecdesign.bat (design staff)
Connect N: \\192.168.1.10\users\user id

3. Login to user's computer
-login the ad user account
-join to the domain (    )
-computer name(firstname + Lxxx or Dxxx) L = Laptop D = Desktop
-create local admin accounts (if design staff just make their account administrator)
it.admin – Freeman138%
management – Freeman138%
-reboot the system

4. Install softwares
Windows Defender
Office365
OneDrive
Skype for Business & Teams
Adobe PDF Reader
Teamviewer https://remote.functioneight.com/
-default settings
-change display (same with computer name)
-set default password to Fxp$$0200! or fxpdesign! (if design staff)
-set Incoming Lan connections to accept (general tab)
-set Windows Log on to allowed all users (security tab)
Other role-dependent software

5. Configure
Wifi - Freeman - 1FreemanByDesign
VPN - MAC VPN SETUP and WINDOWS VPN SETUP
Network Drives
-just go to AD user id profile
Login script: teclogin.bat (all depts except design)
Login script: techdesign.bat (design staff)
Connect N: \\192.168.1.10\users\user id
Network Printers - WINDOWS PRINTER SETUPMAC PRINTER SETUPCREATIVE PRINTER SETUP
Email Signature - via Outlook app and web - http://experiencefreeman.com/freemanco/email-signature/index.html
Add meeting rooms in Outlook Calendar - Browsers Default bookmark - fxp.sg/go


6. Install updates - set to automatic
7. Reboot
