Procedure
Forgot Password
1. Click on the password reset link
Include a Click here to reset your password link on the Okta Sign-On page so that users can intuitively initiate the password reset flow.
2. Choose send SMS code
The user has the option to receive SMS message containing a password reset code.
3. Enter a new password
The newly created password should have as character length, upper case, lower case and number of special characters required,
Locked Account
1. Click Unlock account
Incase the account is locked.
