This list will be referred to as guidance for creating tickets. If required, this list can be expanded upon.


Desktop - User Account

    - Problems with a user account

Desktop - App Request

    - For any app installations such as browser

Desktop - Virus

    - Instances where a virus is detected or a user believes a machine might be compromised

Desktop - Setup/Reinstall

    - New setup or reinstall due to computer problems

Desktop - Printer

    - Printer and scanner issues

Desktop - Startup

    - Machines that cannot boot

Desktop - Email

    - Any email related problems

Desktop - Network

   - LAN or WiFi connectivity problems

Desktop - Mobile

    - Any phone related requests

Server - Email

    - Server outages with relation to email (i.e. affecting more than 1 user)

Server - Network

    - Server outages with relation to network (i.e. affecting more than 1 user)

Server - Physical

    - Server outages with relation to Virtual office servers (i.e. affecting more than 1 user)

Server - Windows

    - Server outages with relation to individual virtual machines (i.e. affecting more than 1 user)
